 While  the providers at Sirona Integrative Health are fully committed helping  you get better, the treatment requires motivation, commitment and lifestyle changes on your part.  Please check out the service pages and FAQs to learn more. 

All visits require payment at the time of service. We do offer a superbill if you would like to submit to your private insurance for reimbursement. We do not submit superbills on your behalf. If your insurance requires a letter of medical necessity, this may be provided based on need. Medicare and Medicaid plans do not offer reimbursement. 

Patients needing to cancel their appointments should do so at least 24 hours in advance or else they will be billed a $60 as cancellation fee for office visits and $100 cancellation fee for procedures. Thank you for understanding and respecting your providers time.
