TeleMedicine

We are excited to offer virtual appointments in addition to our in person visits with the doctor to serve a greater number of our community members in Washington and Oregon. 

We offer our patients the option of establishing initial care or follow up care through our tele-health platform.  Through our virtual appointments we are able to perform a complete health intake, screen for contraindications, diagnose and prescribe treatment recommendations for those residing or physically located in the state of Oregon. 

If an in office visit is required for a physical exam or therapeutic treatment, this will be discussed during the virtual visit and a follow-up appointment may be established with the doctor during the visit.
