We  are passionate about women's health, reproductive medicine and fertility at Sirona Integrative Health. We believe that the endocrine system is interconnected and a woman’s body is complex. If there is disharmony in the physiologic and biochemical functioning, symptoms and disease can arise. 

To  evaluate for disharmony, we use a comprehensive laboratory screening  approach, allowing us to pinpoint where there is dysfunction and connect  the dots to restore balance to the body and mind. This approach includes testing sex and pituitary hormone levels, thyroid and adrenal function as well as basic metabolic markers.

Our intake includes a comprehensive video intake and follow up after labs have been performed. 

Our  treatment modalities that support reproductive health almost always include integrative recommendations, botanical medicine, targeted nutrient therapies, and lifestyle modifications. If our more natural therapies are not effective to meet the goals we set forth or greater interventions are necessary to restore function, we may consider bio-identical hormone replacement therapies. Each patient is screened to evaluate if hormone therapy could be a safe treatment. If a woman is  a candidate, then we use hormones with the most significant safety  profile based on evidence based and peer reviewed research and science.

Additionally, we offer injections into the vaginal, clitoral and penile tissues to address urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, lichen sclerosis, sexual dysfunction, and organ prolapse following surgical procedures or other causes. 

We no longer offer preventative care or diagnostic physical exams, however we have a diverse network of naturopathic doctors and gynecologist whom we refer to for all pelvic and breast screening exams.
